iOS 13.1.1 is out. It’s been a non-stop update fest for me.

iPhone setup fail. It hung on updating to iOS 13.1 during Quick Start. Let it sit for over 1.5 hours and it just spun. Had to do a hard reset, and gonna try again.

New iPhone came in today. Tried to set it up but activation servers are slow... had to cancel set up to head out to dinner. I guess a lot of folks got their phones today.

Mini Con 10 at the McCully-Moiliili Public Library is Saturday, September 28 from 10am to 2pm!

How to remove a grommet from your guitar peg head without the proper tools (aka I'm too cheap to buy the right tool)

1. Make a cardboard template that will protect the face of the headstock with a hole cut out the size of the grommet.
2. Place the template over the grommet.
3. Get two wrenches and tape them together so that the holes line up. Place the wrenches over the cardboard and line it up so the grommet is in the center of the wrench holes.
4. Find a bolt slightly smaller than the tuning peg hole and put a plastic or rubber washer on it. Insert the bolt into the tuning hole from the bottom.
5. Using a grip vise, place it over the wrench ends and the bolt. Slowly press the vise until...
6. The grommet pops out!
7. The grommet is successfully removed! Onto the next project!

Due to a change in how T-mobile handles Business accounts, no one on the Apple Upgrade program is able to upgrade. Apparently, business accounts were never allowed on Apple iPhone Upgrade Program, but many were on it for years. Worst part is neither side knows what’s going on.

Seems to be two issues for some regarding the Apple iPhone upgrade program. 1. Some have discovered that they are not enrolled in Upgrade Program even though they are paying CitizensOne each month. 2. T-mobile Business users are getting "Your T-mobile account is not supported"

@burk as someone who didn't get into the beta pool, how is nvUltra been?

Spent 5 minutes with the new beta and already found a bug.

Manga Rock shutting down? Looks like it's still fully operational to me… I'll believe it when I see it.
